Commandments of Content Creation:
1.Not more than 10 cards in one module. Otherwise your user will lose interest in scrolling further.
2.Think of Catchy titles e.g. ‘10 Things You Need to Know about…’ The title creates user’s first impression of the module. Intrigue him/her to explore further.
3.Let the module description highlight the value to the user of clicking and exploring the topic further
4.Keep a clean and professional look and feel
5.Keep content simple and easy to understand for the field sales person
6.Use highlights and text effects only when in need of pulling out a word or phrase away from the rest of the text
7.Try to use multiple formats of text, images, videos and assessments to keep the user engaged with the module
8.Timing: New modules only launched at end of week, etc.
9.Think about the purpose of the module and cards content. Provide him/her only the information necessary to do the job better
10.Keep the tone of the content professional and supportive, to make the user feel he/she has guidance in their learning and progress
